Concord, OH – Fusion Voice® has been chosen as the dictation capture platform that will be implemented as part of the Montreal and McGill Universities Healthcare Network’s “Diagnostic Imaging Integrated System” (DIIS) project. It is an important component of the Quebec health system’s Electronic Health Record which is currently being deployed.
Concord, Ohio – Dolbey, a leader in healthcare dictation, transcription, speech and coding products, unveils a new speech recognition product at the Medical Transcription Industry Alliance conference in Long Beach, California on April 24, 2008. analysis of the European Healthcare Speech Recognition market. The Award recognizes Philips' customer-driven approach to Research & Development, which has led to a product capable of rising to the challenges of changing customer needs.
Cincinnati Ohio, Dolbey announces the integration of Fusion Expert® speech recognition with a wide range of PACS systems. The two way integration will enable the PACS system to launch or start a new dictation within Fusion Expert® as well as provide demographic information for the dictation file thus eliminating errors from manual input of accession/work order numbers. Fusion Expert® communicates with the PAC/RIS to signal job completions so the PACS orders list can be updated more efficiently. This sophisticated integration will give Radiologists additional control of their Fusion system directly through the PACS application.
Dolbey, headquartered in Concord and Cincinnati, OH, and HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG), Brentwood, TN, extended their contract for dictation and transcription products through October 2008. Dolbey has provided HPG with its complete line of healthcare technology since 2003. Concord, OH -Dolbey announced today that a contract has been signed with Alegent Health for its speech recognition and transcription solutions.

The sale included Dolbey's "background" speech recognition and transcription solution as well as its "front-end", editable speech recognition for Alegent's radiology department.
